I went into the Spiral with the goal of removing obstacles to starting my business. I could feel a wall every turn I took and realised most of this was self-doubt. It was sticky and I had really started to wonder if I could do it at all. As I moved through the Spiral with Fiona, I slowly felt the shift in myself, it was enormous and subtle at the same time. The Spiral opened a pathway to connect to my subconscious, allowing a beautiful and safe space for deep healing. I'd been struggling to truly tap into this space deeply tucked away in my emotional and physical body and knew this was where my biggest healing was rooted. I was being called to this space but was a bit lost on how to truly access it. Having just gone through a life changing physical illness and an intense period of emotional healing I still felt trauma stuck in my body that needed to be released and knew I needed help accessing and addressing it. That's when Fiona and The Spiral crossed my path and I instantly felt guided to embark on this journey with her. The way she held me through this journey with such love, acceptance and trust allowed a safe container for deeper healing which was so profound and also so beautiful in its absolute simplicity. I've experienced quite a lot of ah-ha moments since and its hard to describe but I sort of feel like I'm flexing a new muscle that I haven't used before but was and also wasn't aware was there if that makes sense. It's like getting such a deeper awareness and knowing of what was always in me, really getting to know me and accepting, welcoming and honouring it all. Of course there's still times of discomfort but I'm naturally approaching these differently, with less fear and more loving curiosity. And the freedom and love that comes with that is unmeasurable. I'm forever grateful.

I was going through a time of transition when I approached Fiona about The Spiral.
