I’m Fiona Kimm Richards.
I was born and raised on Gumbaynggiir Country, in Bellingen on the Mid North Coast of NSW in Australia.
I have deep roots in this land that has also nourished the previous six generations of my Motherline.

My Biripi Aboriginal heritage holds a special place in my heart, grounding me in a rich cultural legacy that continues to inspire and guide me.
With a background in corporate Human Resources, I have woven together over 10 years of training and development experience with 10 years of personal development to create a unique tapestry of knowledge and expertise poised and ready to dedicate to my true purpose ~ Supporting Women through Change.
The culmination of all my training and experience has led me here. I am Fiona Kimm Richards a Life Coach, a certified Spiral Practitioner and a student of HER Mystery School with a unique mixture of skills and experience, passionate and dedicated to supporting women at all ages and stages of life.
I have been running Intergenerational Women’s Circles since 2017 and I have been practicing as a Spiral Practitioner since April 2022. I really enjoy holding space for women, both in circle and one on one.
I find my tools and experience most beneficial when women are at a tipping point and ready to make a change. These tipping point could be rites of passage ~ initiations ~ into womenhood, into motherhood, into wise women. Or these tipping points could be those pivotal moments when you realise you have been repeating the same pattern or behaviour over and over again and you realise you cannot possibly go another step ~ something has to change.
My transformational tools and deep feminine approach can provide structure and ease during chaotic times of life.
